We want to wish you all a very blessed Passover/Easter weekend.
This Good Friday, we remember the finished work of the Cross, when Jesus bore the full wrath of God, the punishment and weight of all our sins. All
of God’s judgment was placed on Him, and because of His powerful love for us, He carried that weight, that curse, that judgment in utter darkness. When He breathed His last breath, the veil was
torn from top to bottom, from heaven to earth, showing that the separation between us and God, caused by our sin, had been fully dealt with.
Sin was cancelled in Jesus! Death was defeated! Satan, the accuser and tempter of mankind, was defeated! Jesus came to destroy the works of Satan.
Jesus went to hell and took back the keys. Now Jesus has all authority in heaven and on earth and holds the keys to death and hell.
On the third day, Jesus rose from the dead, exactly as He said He would. Praise Jesus. He is risen! He is King of Kings, and He is Lord of
Lords!
