About

Willem (Willo) Vandereijk is a worshipper, elder, church planter, and disciple-maker whose life is marked by deep surrender to Jesus Christ and faithful service to the local church. Born and raised in Gouda, the Netherlands, Willo grew up in a family where faith was lived out daily. His parents gave their lives to Jesus and faithfully served the church, eventually becoming part of the New Frontiers family of churches—a global, Spirit-led church-planting movement founded by Terry Virgo.

Formed within this spiritual family, Willo was discipled from a young age through local church life, conferences, and relational leadership. At 21, he made a decisive choice to give his life fully to Jesus Christ. He was baptized, repented of sin, and began a journey of learning what true surrender and obedience look like in everyday life. His faith moved from knowledge to conviction, and from conviction to action.

As God transformed his life, Willo developed a strong heart for evangelism. He began sharing the gospel on the streets of Gouda alongside his brothers in Christ. Over time, he was entrusted with discipling young men and training youth within the church. Alongside this pastoral calling, he faithfully served in practical roles, including as the church’s audio technician—often serving behind the sound desk during local gatherings and national conferences.

Willo was trained as a leader through LEAD, the two-year theology and leadership school within the New Frontiers family of churches. This intensive program, rooted in Scripture and systematic theology (drawing heavily from Wayne Grudem), further grounded him in biblical truth, charismatic conviction, and a passion for building healthy, Christ-centered churches. In 2017, Willo was ordained as an elder.

In obedience to God’s call, Willo returned to Gouda after a season of study and work elsewhere, sensing a clear mandate to help plant a church in his home city. In 2018, alongside a team of church planters, he helped establish what is now De Goudse Familiekerk, where he has faithfully served on the eldership team since its founding. The church is built on Scripture, the fivefold ministry, and a deep commitment to discipleship in the Bible, evangelism, and life in the Spirit.

In 2011, together with his wife Regina, Willo began Burn Awake in his living room—an expression of worship focused not on performance, but on encountering God’s presence without a human agenda, seeking God's agenda. What began as small, prayerful gatherings grew into a monthly, ecumenical worship night with a clear evangelistic focus in the city of Gouda. Out of Burn Awake came the Royal Increase School of Worship Outreach, founded in 2019, where Willo continues to disciple creatives, raise up spiritual sons and daughters, and cultivate a culture of worship rooted in the local church.

In addition to his ministry calling, Willo has a strong background in project leadership and civic development. He is currently employed at the Municipality of The Hague, overseeing infrastructure and urban improvement projects, combining technical, communication, and team leadership skills to serve the city. Earlier in his career, he worked for Cyclus, a regional environmental services organization responsible for waste collection and maintaining public spaces across multiple Dutch municipalities.

Today, together with Regina, Willo is prayerfully discerning a new season of obedience as God leads them toward East Tennessee. With a shepherd’s heart, a worshipper’s spirit, and a firm foundation in Scripture, Willo longs to serve wherever God sends him: raising up disciples, cultivating worship, and pointing people to Jesus Christ, the cornerstone of it all

Regina Vandereijk is an Americana and soul artist who blends “authenticity and innovation” in her music. Grounded in biblical inspiration and her walk with God, Regina’s songs are more than a collection of melodies—they’re a heartfelt invitation to reflect, connect, and grow. Appalachian-raised and now based in the Netherlands, she weaves Appalachian folk, gospel, and blues into a sound that is both timeless and deeply personal. Regina’s live music has reached audiences across the USA and Europe. Her debut album, The Lord Is There, testifies to her desire to help others encounter God’s presence—and be still in His love.

Artist Quote: “I’ve always dreamed of releasing music that looks more like a family portrait than a Solo Album. That’s why my husband and I started Royal Increase Music. The Sound of the Bride. What does she sound like? What does she look like? I’m just a piece of that Sound, but I’m calling out to other musicians and artists to walk in Word and Spirit on two legs on their way to our Eternal Home. As followers of Jesus, we are just foreigners, sojourners, strangers in this world, but we are surrounded by a cloud of witnesses. Fellow foreigners, brothers and sisters, fathers and mothers in the Family of God. So, we hold unswervingly to the faith that we confess, because He who promised is faithful. We will reach our destination. We will overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of our testimony. This is the core message of the music. I use different styles from the Southern Appalachian music culture, the sound I was surrounded by as a kid, to express and tell that story.”

We believe that when it comes to finances, God asks us to have a Kingdom Mentality. The culture we read about in Acts 2. Everyone cares for one another, and no one comes up short. This is a weighted choice. Our school, concerts, events, resources and materials are free.
